Ali Ghorbani Moghadam is a senior full stack developer and AI solutions architect with over ten years architecting and hands-on building production backend systems. His foundation is in Golang and Java/Spring Boot, with recent delivery in Python and FastAPI for AI services, and he works across Google Cloud, AWS, and Azure — including Vertex AI, BigQuery, and Gemini.

Over the past two years, Ali has moved from using AI tools to building with them. He has introduced a contact-center platform's first intelligent-assistant capabilities, pairing language models with retrieval over knowledge-base content so live agents receive grounded, real-time suggestions, and has taken LLM-based routing and summarization services from prototype to production with deterministic post-processing that keeps output reliable across tenants. Earlier work included document classification for loan-processing workflows, where extracted values had to stay accurate and auditable for compliance.

His backend work runs deep on distributed systems, microservices, and domain-driven design, alongside Kubernetes operators, multi-hybrid-cloud governance, and security engineering.
