Every migration has surprises. Festus's role is to find them before cutover, not after. His work covers the full provisioning stack spinning up OpenStack environments in Horizon, standing up cPanel/WHM and AA Panel deployments, architecting dedicated PowerDNS clusters, and moving customer workloads from legacy dedicated servers to latest ones. Recent work includes leading the writing of InMotion Cloud's Migration Standard Operating Procedure, building the pre-cutover parity-check system that stops sites from being missed during transitions, and authoring the reference playbook the team uses to build a full VM on OpenStack from scratch.

His writing here follows the same principle: run the migration, hit the wall, write the runbook, then run the migration again with the runbook in hand.
