Creating and Managing Support Tickets in InMotion Central
In this guide, you’ll learn how to create and manage support tickets in InMotion Central. Support tickets allow you to contact the InMotion Cloud team for help with your cloud projects, billing questions, or account issues — all from within your Central dashboard.
Create a Support Ticket
- Log in to InMotion Central
- Open your team menu by clicking the name of your team in the top left menu.
- Within the secondary nav panel, click Support.
- Open a New Ticket
In the top-right corner of the Support page, click the cogwheel icon (⚙️), then select Open Ticket. - Fill Out Ticket Details
- Summary: A short title describing your issue or request.
- Message: A detailed explanation of your question or problem.
- Attachments: (Optional) Add screenshots or files that help illustrate the issue.
- Submit Your Ticket
When you’re ready, click Send to create the new support ticket.
